New Philadelphia native proposes building 59 condos in Midvale, Goshen Township

The Times-Reporter previously featured an article published on April 19, 2023 about the Brickyard Estates development project, an exciting new venture to transform a historic 10.63-acre brickyard site in Midvale and Goshen Township into a vibrant community of modern condominiums. Led by Nathaniel Williams, a native of New Philadelphia, the project offers a mix of modern amenities and community-focused living spaces. Williams, now based in Florida, is passionate about giving back to his hometown through this innovative development.

We’re excited to share that the project has since been approved and is now nearing completion. As of today, Brickyard Estates is accepting applications for tenants. This marks a significant milestone in bringing this vision to life and contributing to the growth of the Midvale community.
